Creating a PDF of an engagement

To create a bookmarked PDF of an engagement, follow these steps.

  1. Click the Engagements button in the navigation pane.

    Note: To ensure that the latest workpapers are included in the PDF, we recommend that you check in all workpapers for the selected engagement before proceeding. The Send to PDF wizard also prompts you to check in any workpapers.

  2. Click the Engagement Administration Engagement Administration button button in the navigation pane.
  3. In the Engagement Administration dialog, click Send to PDF and then click OK.
  4. Mark the checkboxes for any of the provided document and security options and then click Next.

    Note: Fields with red asterisks (*) are required only when you mark the checkboxes related to those fields.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Mark the checkboxes to save the engagement PDF to your local computer and/or to store a copy of the engagement PDF in GoFileRoom.

    Note: If you save the PDF to GoFileRoom, you will also need to add GoFileRoom index information.

  7. In the dialog that opens at the bottom of your browser, choose the desired open or save options for the PDF.
