The default, or "system" Engagement Status report is indicated in the Reports list with the System type. You can make and save changes to this report, but it cannot be deleted.

You can view or update the report options for the system Engagement Status report, or create and save additional "user" versions of this report.

  1. Click the Administration button in the navigation pane and then click the Reports button.
  2. Click the system Engagement Status report in the Reports list.
  3. Click the View button in the ribbon.

    Click the Export button in the report window to export the report to a Microsoft Excel file.

  4. Click the Close link in the upper-right corner of the window to close the report.

Updating the system Engagement Status report

  1. Select the system Engagement Status report in the Reports list.
  2. In the Options pane, choose the client, engagement type, engagement status (In Process or Finalized), and desired date ranges.
  3. Click the Save Save button button in the toolbar.
