  • AdvanceFlow displays tabs at the bottom of the Trial Balance workspace for each saved trial balance view. Show me. To switch between views, click the different tabs.

  • You can re-order the columns and view tabs by clicking and dragging them to the appropriate location. Show me.
  • For trial balance views that have many columns, you may need to scroll horizontally to see all information. As you scroll, the left-most columns are hidden from view. These columns often contain information you need (such as the account number and description). You can freeze columns to keep them from being hidden as you scroll right. To do this, drag the thick vertical line on the left edge of the left-most column to the right of the last column you want to freeze. To unfreeze the columns, just move the thick vertical line back to its original position. Show me.

Deleting a view

  1. Click the Trial Balance tab for the applicable engagement, and then click the Views Add button button in the toolbar.
  2. At the bottom of the Views dialog, right-click the tab for the view that you want to delete and choose Delete from the context menu.
  3. Click Yes at the prompt asking you to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click OK to close the Views dialog. You may need to click the Refresh Add button button to see the changes.
