GoSystem Tax RS (GST) offers multi-year renewal terms and fees are invoiced to external users rather than being due prior to the service being rendered.  To modify renewal terms or billing plans, see Modifying GoSystem Tax RS renewal terms or billing plans.

Annual billing

OWM

OneSource Workflow Manager (OWM) is the GoFileRoom database that stores the signed GoSystem contracts, orders, name change requests, and other communication. To access, follow these steps:

  1. Login to www.onesourcelogin.com
    • See the GoSystem RS specialist with trouble logging into the site
  2. Select the FileRoom tab
  3. In the SAP Cust Num enter the 10 digit SAP number (ex, 100428XXXX) OR enter the four digit PAN in the Account Number field
  4. Select Search
  5. Double click on the order you'd like to view
    • Click Yes if you receive a popup for ActiveX control
