The CS Connect info center is a resource available to internal representatives that can be utilized to view most activities conducted via CS Connect. The Connect login is available from the Internal Tools page. Navigate to Call Handling & Product Resources > Connect and login in with SAFE login credentials.

Some items that can be viewed within the Connect info center include:

Electronic filing detail
