In an effort to best service our customer's needs, the Big Bill review process and resulting "Big Bill report" was suspended effective February 1, 2017. Previously, we automatically reviewed technical support invoices greater than $500 were for possible credits or adjustments.

If a user is disputing a technical support invoice, follow the guidelines for handling support disputes and requesting a support review. To view an archive of previous monthly reports and credits issued, see the Big Bill report directory.
