The UltaTax CS (UT) Renewal List is used to track renewals that Order Team has received but have not yet been processed. Order Team enters the firm ID as faxes or mail is received so that Customer Service has accurate information to provide a firm that calls in to check if the renewal has been received. Notes may also have been entered in this list if we have attempted to process and there is a problem (credit card decline, wrong total, missing sales tax, etc.) and it will tell you where the order is at (sent to Customer Service, someone's problem folder, etc.).
