If you are licensed for NetClient CS, you can designate documents to transmit to Document Presentation—not already in a folder that is designated globally—for NetClient CS .

Choosing FileCabinet CS documents for transfer to NetClient CS portals

Use the following steps to transmit documents to NetClient CS.

1. In the Folders window, navigate to and select the desired document.

   Notes

   • With the exception of Adobe PDF files, you cannot select embedded documents for transmittal to NetClient CS.
   • If you're running FileCabinet CS in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment, you can navigate to files on your local network.
2. Choose Edit > Document Properties.
3. Mark the {NetClient CS} checkbox in the list of available folders. This folder appears at the bottom of the list.
4. Click OK.
