Adding annotations to the Stamp Library

To eliminate the need to re-create frequently used annotations, you can add them to the Stamp Library.

You can add a stamp annotation to quickly add your signature to documents.

  1. Open a document and create the annotation that you want to add to the stamp library.

    Note: You must apply an annotation to a page before you can add the annotation to the Stamp Library.

  2. Right-click the annotation.
  3. Choose Send to Stamp Library from the context menu.
  4. In the Create Stamp Annotation dialog, enter a name for the annotation and click OK.

Note: The name you give to the annotation should be brief but descriptive for easy recognition.
