You can copy or move documents from one drawer to another by using the cut / copy / paste commands, dragging and dropping, or using the Manage documents dialog.
To copy or move documents using the cut, copy, and paste commands, follow these steps.
- In the Folders window, navigate to and select the document you wish to copy or move.
- Choose Edit > Copy to copy, or choose Edit > Cut to cut the document.
- Navigate to the destination drawer and select the destination folder for the document.
- Choose Edit > Paste.
Notes
- You can also drag and drop documents using the mouse.
- You can copy or move multiple documents at once.
- You can cut or copy documents only after you have selected the documents.
