Fields & buttons

From this field, choose the action you want to perform on the documents you will select.

From this field, choose the drawer from which you want to copy, move, or delete selected documents.

Shows the documents and image files available for the selected drawer. Highlight a document that you want to copy, move, or delete, and click the Select button to move it to the Selected documents pane on the right.

Note: You cannot select data backups and archives.

When the Manage Documents dialog is first opened, all folders are expanded in the documents list. Use this button to collapse all folders in the documents list. When all folders are collapsed, the button appears as the Expand All button.

Shows the documents you have selected to copy, move or delete. To remove a document from the list, highlight the document and click the Remove button to move it back to the Documents list pane on the left.

From this field, choose the drawer to which you want to copy or move selected documents.

Notes

  • This field is not enabled if you have chosen to delete documents.
  • Choose <<Select multiple drawers>> to open a dialog in which you can select multiple destination drawers for the selected documents.

Mark the checkbox for each folder to which you want to copy or move the selected documents.

Note: Folders used in the current drawer appear at the top of the folder list, followed by a separator line, and then followed by the list of remaining folders (those not in the current drawer).

Mark this checkbox to retain the selected documents' existing folder associations in addition to assigning the documents to the folder you selected in the folder list.

Note: This checkbox cannot be cleared when copying documents, because a copy of a document is always retained in the original document location.
