Scheduling an unattended call with CS Connect

  1. Choose Utilities > CS Connect.
  2. In the CS Connect dialog, click the Call CS Connect option.
  3. Click the Later option and use the provided fields to select a date and time for the call.
  4. Mark the appropriate checkbox in the Purpose of this call group box.
  5. Click the Begin Countdown button. The CS Connect Countdown dialog opens to indicate the status of the scheduled call.
