The trial version of Fixed Assets CS has the following capabilities and limitations.

• One period per client: Only one period can be entered for a client. The period (month, year, etc.) cannot be advanced.
• One 20-asset inventory per client: You can create one sample inventory with a maximum of 20 assets for each client.
• Share asset data with UltraTax CS: If you have licensed and installed UltraTax CS, asset information entered in Fixed Assets CS is also available in UltraTax CS if the client ID is identical in both applications.
• Print to FileCabinet CS: If you have licensed and installed FileCabinet CS, you can print forms and reports to FileCabinet CS.
• Import assets from an Excel spreadsheet: Enables you to import data from a Microsoft Excel workbook stored on your hard drive or in FileCabinet CS or from the Windows Clipboard into statements.
• Send journal entries to Accounting CS: Enables you to create automatic journal entries for your clients directly from Fixed Assets CS.
