Fixed Assets CS: Deleting / Removing Recent Activity on Home Page

The information displayed within the Recent Activity group box on the Home Page, such as what clients have been recently accessed and by whom, can be removed by following the steps below.

  1. Choose Help > Repair.
  2. Click the Misc tab.
  3. Click the Clear Recent Activity button. The shading of the button will change, but you will not see any other results on this screen.
  4. Access the Fixed Assets CS Home Page to verify the Recent Activity group box has been cleared.

Notes:

  • The history of the information will still remain within the clients under the Client Status icon .

  • Once the Recent Activity has been cleared the application will again start to track activity within Fixed Assets CS. There is not a way to turn off or disable the tracking of activity within the application.
