Use the Print Spooled Reports dialog to choose the clients for which you want to print spooled reports.
To open this dialog, choose File > Print Spooled Reports.
Fields & buttons
All clients who meet the criteria designated in the Focus client listing group box at the bottom of this dialog are listed here. Highlight the clients you want to print and click the Select button to move them to the Clients to print pane on the right.
Tip: To sort the client listing, click the words Client ID, Name, or Entity in the title bar of the list pane.
Lists the clients you have selected for printing.
Tips
- To remove a client from this list, highlight the client and click the Remove button. The client returns to the Clients available to print pane on the left.
- To sort the client listing by client ID, name, or entity type, click the words Client ID, Name, or Entity in the title bar of the list pane.
If you want, you can limit the clients that are available for selection in this dialog. Clear the checkbox for each type of client that you do not want to include in the list.
- Retain reports after printing: Click this option to keep the reports in the spooler after printing.
- Delete reports after printing: Click this option to have Fixed Assets CS automatically delete the reports after printing.
- Delete reports without printing: Click this option to delete the selected reports from the spooler without printing them first. Move the desired clients to the Clients to print pane on the right, then click the Delete button.
Note: When you click this option, the Print button turns into the Delete button.
Click this button to open the Select Printer dialog in which you can change the default printer.
Note: This button is not available if you click the Delete reports without printing option above.
Click this button to preview the reports on screen before you print them.
Note: This button is available only if you have moved one or more clients to the Clients to print pane on the right.
