To modify a print profile, perform the following steps.
- Open the desired client.
- Choose File > Print.
- In the Print dialog, click the Profiles tab.
- Highlight the appropriate profile in the list.
- Add or delete reports or forms from the print profile.
- To add reports or forms to the print profile: Click the appropriate tab (either Reports or Forms) and then double-click the reports you want to add to the profile. The names of the reports now appear in the Selected pane.
- To delete reports or forms from the print profile: In the Selected pane, highlight the reports or forms you want to remove from the profile and then click the Remove button.
- Modify the necessary print options for the reports and/or forms in the print profile.
- Click the Profile button.
- Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the collation sequence of specific reports and forms.
- Click the Update button to save your changes and return to the Print dialog.
