Follow this procedure to print labels that can be attached to assets for identification purposes when performing tasks such as fixed asset inventories.
- Choose Utilities > Asset Labels.
- In the Asset Labels dialog, select the assets you want to include on the labels.
- Click Continue.
- In the Print Asset Labels dialog, select the label layout and other print options.
- Make sure the correct label stock is in the printer, and then click the Print button.
Tips
- To preview the labels before printing them, click the Preview button.
- To customize the label size, select the desired label layout and click the Edit button in the Edit Label Layout dialog.
