To set print options specific to your needs for all reports and forms, perform the following steps.
- In the Asset List window, choose Setup > User Preferences, and then click the Page Layout tab.
- In the Duplex and 2 Up printing group box, click the appropriate option. (For details on each option, see the Page Layout tab overview. To see how the reports and/or forms will print, see the Illustration of page layout options.)
- If you do not want any reports to print duplex, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the Do not print duplex, regardless of Profile specification checkbox.
- If you do not want any reports to print 2 Up, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the Do not print 2 Up, regardless of Profile specification checkbox.
- Click OK to close the User Preferences dialog and return to the Asset List window.
Note: You can override the options set in this tab on a report-by-report basis.
