Fixed Assets CS
You can set an option, on a user-by-user basis, to have Fixed Assets CS automatically hide and show the folders block in the Asset List window. When this option is selected, the folders block is hidden and only the name of the current activity is displayed. The folders block is visible when you move the mouse pointer over the name of the activity or press ESC.
Perform the following steps to have Fixed Assets CS automatically hide the folders block for the current user.
- Choose Setup > User Preferences.
- Click the Miscellaneous tab.
- Mark the Automatically share display area checkbox.
- Click OK.
