If you have administrative privileges, you can export lookup lists as CSV files to Microsoft Excel by following these steps.

Note: Users without administrative privileges can export lookup-list entries to Excel by viewing the lookup list and clicking the Excel button in the upper-right corner of the lookup list window.

  1. Choose Administration > Manage Fileroom from the GoFileRoom toolbar and click the Lists tab.
  2. In the Lists tab, click the Manage lookup lists link.
  3. Select a drawer from the drop-down list for the Drawer field.
  4. Select a list from the drop-down list for the Lookup List field.
  5. Click the Export button.
  6. In the File Download dialog, click Open to view the file in Excel, or click Save.
  7. If you save the file, choose a location and file name in the Save As dialog, and then click Save.
Choose Administration > [[Menu item]] from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
