If you have administrative privileges, you can modify user account settings by following these steps.

  1. Choose Administration > Manage Users & Groups from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. In the Users tab, select the user account you want to modify from the Select User field.

    Note: To view disabled users, clear the Active checkbox. Remember to mark it again to view your live users.

  3. Make any necessary changes to the user account settings.
  4. Click Save.
