If you have administrative privileges, you can add a default email signature and adjust the firm name displayed for all GoFileRoom emails.
- Choose Administration > Manage Configurations from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
- Select the Email Settings tab.
- To add a default email signature, enter a message to be included in the footer of all outgoing GoFileRoom emails in the Email Signature field.
- To edit the firm name that is displayed on all emails coming from GoFileRoom, enter the desired name in the Firm Name field.
Note: By design, the sender address for all emails coming from GoFileRoom is no-reply@thomsonreuters.com.
- Select the Save button.
