GoFileRoom
Mapped contacts are clients in GoFileRoom that administrators have configured through lookup list fields for quick access when you perform the following tasks.
- Creating notification rules.
- Adding index values when you add Outlook email messages to GoFileRoom via ControlPanel profiles.
Lookup list fields become mapped when administrators tick the Available for Notifications checkbox in the Administration > Manage Fileroom > Lists tab.
