Removing group document security

You can remove all or some values from document security protection. To remove a specific value from an Index field, follow these steps.

  1. On the Group Document Security tab, select the group, fileroom, and drawer.
  2. Select the field from the list of Index fields.
  3. Select a value from the list of values.
  4. Click the Remove button. The selected value is removed from the list of values.
  5. Click Save.
