The Detail Scanning Summary Report is a daily scanning activity reconciliation report that provides a snapshot of a firm's daily scanning activity.

Authorised users can access this report by following these steps.

1. Choose Reports > Scan Reconciliation from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
2. Choose Today, Yesterday, or Custom from the Day field. If you choose Custom, you must also choose a desired date in the Date field.
3. Click the Search button.

The Detailed Scanning Summary report includes the following columns.

• Indexed: Indicates the number of documents that have been indexed by the Multi-Barcode or Document ID methods for which barcodes have not yet been printed.
• Printed Barcodes: indicates documents that for which a barcode cover sheet was printed for the specified date.
• Filed by Scanning: Indicates the total number of documents filed in GoFileRoom that were added by a scanning process.

  Note: The Filed by Scanning row should ideally match the sum of the Indexed and Printed Barcodes rows - assuming that all scanning is started and completed on the same day, though this does not usually occur often.
