GoFileRoom
The Security report displays the current security settings for a selected GoFileRoom user or group. If a user belongs to multiple groups, the report will show the cumulative drawer permissions and document security settings for all group-level and user-level assignments. Use this report to verify security settings for all users and groups.
Administrators can view the Security report by following these steps.
- Choose Reports > Security Report from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
- Choose any user or group from the drop-down list to view their security settings.
Note: You can export results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by clicking the 
icon.
