Creating a ControlPanel profile

Profiles allow you to predefine how documents should be indexed in GoFileRoom. Follow the procedure below to add a new profile.

  1. Open the GoFileRoom ControlPanel.
  2. Click the New Profile button New Profile button.
  3. Enter or select drawer index information.
  4. Click the Save Profile button Save button.
  5. Enter a name in the Profile Name field.
  6. To create a desktop shortcut for the profile, select the profile from the drop-down list in the ControlPanel and click the Create Desktop Shortcut button Shortcut button.
