Follow these steps to copy single or multiple GoFileRoom documents.

  1. Perform a search in GoFileRoom to retrieve the documents you want to copy.

    Note: This feature is currently available only when using classic search features.

  2. In the Search Results screen, tick the checkboxes for the documents you want to copy.


    • Tick the checkbox in the column header to select all documents on the current page.
    • You can select multiple documents on different pages of the Search Results screen.
  3. Right-click and choose Copy Documents from the context menu.
  4. Re-index the selected documents in the Copy Document(s) pane that opens by selecting at least one different index value in this pane. All other index values for the selected documents are retained in the resulting copies.
  5. Click the OK button in the Indexing pane and click OK in the confirmation dialog that opens.
  6. Click OK to close the final confirmation dialog.
