Importing email contacts to GoFileRoom

Follow these steps to import email contacts from a comma-delimited (CSV) file.

The CSV file from which you import email contacts must contain the following column headers (in any order).

  • Company Name
  • Contact Name
  • Title
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • eMail
  • Business Phone
  • Business Phone Ext.
  • Business Fax
  • Mobile Phone
  • Display As
  1. Open a document in the GoFileRoom viewer.
  2. Choose Email > GFR Email in the viewer toolbar.
  3. In the Email a Document dialog, click the To button.
  4. Click the Import button at the top of the dialog.
  5. In the Import a Contact List dialog, click the Browse button.
  6. Navigate to the CSV file you want to import from and click the Open button.
  7. Click the Save button. It may take a few minutes for the file to be uploaded to GoFileRoom.
