Follow these steps to import email contacts from a comma-delimited (CSV) file.
The CSV file from which you import email contacts must contain the following column headers (in any order).
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Title
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
- Business Phone
- Business Phone Ext.
- Business Fax
- Mobile Phone
- Display As
- Open a document in the GoFileRoom viewer.
- Choose Email > GFR Email in the viewer toolbar.
- In the Email a Document dialog, click the To button.
- Click the Import button at the top of the dialog.
- In the Import a Contact List dialog, click the Browse button.
- Navigate to the CSV file you want to import from and click the Open button.
- Click the Save button. It may take a few minutes for the file to be uploaded to GoFileRoom.
