On January 14, 2020 Microsoft ended support for Windows 7. Because Thomson Reuters cannot support customers using our applications on unsupported operating systems, GoFileRoom is no longer supported on Windows 7. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your workstations to a supported operating system. For more information, see End of support for Windows 7.
Add-Ins
Client Add-in
- We have updated the GoFileRoom Client Add-In to version 20.0.2. The latest version of the Client Add-In is required to support Multi-Factor Authentication for the GoFileRoom Control Panel, QuickLaunch, and Microsoft Office Add-Ins.

ScanFlow Add-In
- We have updated the ScanFlow Add-In to version 20.0.1. The latest version of the ScanFlow Add-In is required to support the following changes.
- The view page feature now enables users to view scanned files prior to upload.
- Scan stations will no longer receive unexpected errors while scanning.
Note: With this release of the ScanFlow Add-In, all documents should be scanned at 300 DPI for optimal text and page recognition results.
