You can customise the view of the Home screen by adding pages and folders, resizing and rearranging portlets, and by rearranging portlet columns.

Resizing portlets

To resize a portlet, follow these steps.

1. Click the Home link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over the border between two portlets until the pointer turns into a resizing cursor: or .
3. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the border to create the desired portlet size.

Moving portlets

To move a portlet to a new location within the current page, follow these steps.

1. Click and hold the left mouse button on the title bar of the portlet you want to move.
2. Drag the portlet to its new location while watching the shadow cast by the portlet over its destination. The shadow will change depending on the location of the cursor, and will indicate the new location of the portlet.
3. When the shadow appears in the proper location, release the left mouse button to drop the portlet into place.

Rearranging portlet columns

You can rearrange, add, or remove portlet columns in the GoFileRoom Home screen, or reset the arrangement to the original default settings. Follow these steps to change the column order.

1. Click the Home link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
2. Click the Grid Preferences button in the upper-right corner of the portlet.
3. Click the Columns button.
4. Select a column that you want to rearrange, add, or remove.
5. Click the Add, Remove, Move Up, or Move Down button to move the selected column to the appropriate window and the desired order.

   Tip: Click the Reset button to restore the column arrangement to the default settings.

6. When you are satisfied with the arrangement of the columns, click OK and then click the Close button.
