You can rearrange, add, or remove portlet columns in the GoFileRoom Home screen, or reset the arrangement to the original default settings. Follow these steps to change the column order.
- Click the Home link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
- Click the Grid Preferences button in the upper-right corner of the portlet.
- Click the Columns button.
- Select a column that you want to rearrange, add, or remove.
- Click the Add, Remove, Move Up, or Move Down button to move the selected column to the appropriate window and the desired order.
Tip: Click the Reset button to restore the column arrangement to the default settings.
- When you are satisfied with the arrangement of the columns, click OK and then click the Close button.
Tip: You can also rearrange columns by dragging and dropping them to the desired position.
