If you have administrative privileges, you can follow these steps to set up NetClient CS integration features.

You must contact GoFileRoom Support and request NetClient CS integration for your firm before you set up NetClient CS integration features for GoFileRoom.

NetFirm CS setup

The following setup tasks are performed from within NetFirm CS administration. Click the following links to view the related topics in the NetFirm CS administration help.

  1. Your firm's administrator designates a staff member as a NetClient CS administrator.
  2. The NetClient administrator can then do the following for each client who will access published documents through NetClient CS portals.

GoFileRoom setup

Follow these steps to configure user permissions for publishing and unpublishing documents from NetClient CS. 

  1. Click the Administration button in the FileRoom screen and then click the Manage Users & Groups button.
  2. Click the Groups tab.
  3. Choose a group from the Select Group drop-down list.
  4. Mark the Publish checkbox and/or Unpublish checkbox to allow the desired permissions to the current group.

    Note: You can also configure publishing permissions when you add a new group in GoFileRoom.

  5. Click the Save button. Users who are members of the current group will now be able to publish documents to or unpublish documents from NetClient CS portals.
