Any staff member who will transmit electronic files from UltraTax CS is required to have multi-factor authentication enabled on their account to transmit electronic files. For more information regarding this requirement, see Multi-factor authentication requirement for UltraTax CS electronic filing.

It is recommended that all staff enable multi-factor authentication, but is not required if staff members will not be transmitting electronic files from UltraTax CS.
