As part of our enhanced security measures, access to your CS Professional Suite applications now requires login credentials. Your product licensing will determine the login credentials you will use. For details, see the appropriate section below.

Unsure about how your products are licensed? Use the username field of your application's sign in screen to determine which type of credentials to enter. To do so, clear any text from the sign in screen fields to view the type of credentials needed to log in. Show me.

Sign in screens

Desktop only: CS Professional Suite applications

If you use your CS Professional Suite applications through a desktop or network installation (and are not licensed for NetFirm CS, Virtual Office CS, or Software as a Service), log in to your applications with the email address and password associated with your Thomson Reuters ID

When you open a CS Professional Suite application and are prompted to log in, enter the email address and password associated with your Thomson Reuters ID and click Sign In.

Note: If your firm's CS Web administrator must first upgrade your firm's security by signing in to the My Account page on our website and following the prompts. After completing the upgrade process, you can use your Thomson Reuters IDs to log in to your applications.

NetFirm CS, Virtual Office CS, or Software as a Service (SaaS)

Each staff member who uses your CS Professional Suite applications needs a NetStaff CS account to access those applications, whether they're doing so via Virtual Office CS / Software as a Service or via installation on a PC or network.
