Available as a free download for Apple, Android, and Kindle devices, the NetClient CS mobile app offers your clients on-the-go access to the services and content that your firm has made available to them. This convenient app is a mobile extension of NetClient CS client portal services and makes it even easier for you to connect with your clients and do business anywhere, anytime.

Note: NetClient CS users can download the NetClient CS mobile app to Apple devices that run iOS 6.0 or higher and to Android and Kindle devices that run Android OS 2.3 or higher.

After your clients download the app, they can log in using their NetClient CS, Employee Self-Service, or Web Employee login and password. By default, the login screen for the app will use the same branding that your firm set up for NetClient CS. Your firm’s primary NetFirm CS administrator and NetStaff CS administrators who have access to Utilities can customize the login screen, header color, and background color for the app.

Note: To learn how to customize the login screen, header color, and background of the app, see Customizing the appearance of the NetClient CS mobile app.

Through the NetClient CS mobile app, NetClient CS users have access to the following items, which enable them to perform the following tasks.
