Before this change can be approved, you should be aware that the current portal administrator can grant administrative permissions to any NetStaff CS user. See Giving administrative privileges to NetStaff CS users for more information.
If your firm is not using Microsoft Exchange and has the login and password information for the current firm administrator account, you can log in and edit the account information. If your firm is using Microsoft Exchange, follow the steps below.
If your firm understands this and would still like to move forward with this change, written permission requesting this change needs to be sent to Support. Below are the requirements for this authorization:
- On company letterhead
- Firm ID
- The portal login for the current portal administrator
- The portal login for the user that will become the new portal administrator
- Signed by the current NetFirm Licensee
Use the contact support form or call 1.800.968.0600 to send the attachment. The expected turnaround time for this change is 24-48 hours.
