Changing a NetFirm CS Administrator password

Show expandable text

The firm administrator can change the password for the administrator account at any time. It is very important that the firm administrator set a unique password to protect your firm's and clients' data. For password recommendations see, Password guidelines and tips.  We also recommend that you routinely change the administrator password to help keep data secure.

Note: We recommend that all users, especially firm administrators, set up security questions to allow for password resets.  For more information about setting up security questions, see Setting security questions
