If the Starting... window with the green progress bar is stuck, try these steps:
- In your NetStaff CS portal (the same window where your application icons are), click Applications.
- Click the Setup menu.
- Look for the Use Alternate Port checkbox.
- If the box is unchecked, put a checkmark in it.
- If the box is checked, uncheck it.
- Try to launch the application again.
