Log in to NetFirm CS, as NetClient CS or NetStaff CS, continuously prompts for login causing login loop

You may experience a "login loop" when logging in to NetFirm CS portals if your browser's security settings are too restrictive.

To resolve the portal login looping conflict on your workstation, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Choose Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab, select Internet as a zone, and reset the security settings to the default by pressing the Default Level button.
  4. Click the Privacy tab, and click the Default button to reset privacy settings to the default.

    Note: Depending on other security setting on your workstation, you may also need to reset the security settings to the default level in the Advanced tab, as those settings control other access levels on your computer.

  5. Click OK, close and re-open Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect, and then log in to the portal page (www.netlinksolution.com).
