If the View Portal button is missing from Admin > NetClient CS > Users, it is most likely due to Internet Explorer viewing the website in Compatibility Mode. To turn off Compatibility Mode for your particular browser version, follow the steps below:

Internet Explorer 7

Update your version of Internet Explorer to either 8 or 9

Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9

  1. Choose Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
  2. Delete any entries that reference, and clear the Display all websites in Compatibility View checkbox.
