Important!

Due to the discontinuation of support for Client Bookkeeping Solution on June 1, 2017, we have removed the ability to add hosted CBS clients.

To modify a NetStaff CS user’s access to hosted Client Bookkeeping Solution (CBS) client company databases, follow these steps.

  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Users link in the NetStaff CS section.

Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.

  2. In the Users list, enter any part of the user’s name or login in the Find field, and click the user’s name. NetFirm CS displays the user’s information on the right.

Tip: Delete the entry from the Find field to view the full list of users.

  3. In the Permissions section, click the Enable button for CBS.
  4. Mark the checkboxes for the client company databases that this NetStaff CS user needs to access, and clear the checkboxes for any databases that this NetStaff CS user no longer needs to access.

Note: If the NetStaff CS user has access to CBS client company databases through group permissions, the rows for those databases are unavailable. To remove the user’s access to these databases, you must remove the user from the group or remove the group’s access to the databases.

  5. Click Enter.
