Follow these steps to give a NetClient CS user access to File Exchange folders or to remove a NetClient CS user’s access to folders.
Note: See NetClient CS groups for information about giving NetClient CS users access to modules at the group level.

Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
- In the Users list, enter any part of the user’s name or login in the Find field and click the user’s name. NetFirm CS displays the user’s information on the right.
Tip: Delete the entry from the Find field to view the full list of users.
- In the Permissions section, click the Enable button for File Exchange.
Note: If the NetClient CS user has access to File Exchange folders through group permissions, the rows for those folders are not available. To remove the user’s access to the folders, you must remove the user from the group or remove the group’s access to the folder.
The rest of the steps vary depending on the type of folder you want to enable or disable for the user.
