Follow these steps to give a NetStaff CS user access to File Exchange folders or to remove a NetStaff CS user's access to folders.

Notes

  • NetStaff CS users who have access to File Exchange folders can view files in and upload files to personal or shared File Exchange folders. To do this, choose the client portal from the File Exchange View field at the top of the File Exchange screen in NetStaff CS.
  • See NetStaff CS groups overview for information about giving NetStaff CS users access to modules at the group level.
  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Users link in the NetStaff CS section.

Note: If you don't see this link, you don't have access to this area.

  2. In the NetStaff CS Users pane, enter any part of the user's name or login in the Find field and click the user's name. NetFirm CS displays the user's information on the right.

Tip: Delete the entry from the Find field to view the full list of users.

  3. In the Permissions section, click the Enable button for File Exchange.
  4. The steps required vary by folder type.
