If a NetClient CS user is not able to review and authorize payments, you can complete the authorization for them. For example, you might need to complete the authorization if the client signed out before completing the authorization.
Follow these steps to change the remote authorization status from In progress to Complete.
- In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Remote Authorization link in the NetClient CS section.
Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
- In the Remote Authorization screen, enter any part of the client company’s name or ID in the Find field to locate the client company.
- Select the client company, and mark the checkbox in the Completed column.
- Click Enter.
- Click OK.
You can now import payables into CBS Accounts Payable.
