You can view the status of a client company’s remote payment authorization through NetFirm CS administration.
- In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Remote Authorization link in the NetClient CS section.
Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
- In the Remote Authorization screen, enter any part of the client company’s name or ID in the Find field to locate the client and then select the client company.
One of the following statuses appears in the Status column.
Status Definition New Indicates that your firm has exported payables, but the client has not yet accessed Remote Authorization. In Progress Indicates that the client has accessed Remote Authorization, but has not yet clicked the Complete Authorization button. Completed
Indicates that the client clicked the Complete Authorization button or a NetFirm CS administrator marked the checkbox in the Completed column.
CS Connect checks for completed Remote Authorization payments regularly and stores them until you are ready to retrieve them into CBS Accounts Payable.
Retrieved Indicates that either the NetClient CS user or a NetFirm CS administrator reviewed and authorized payments, and a member of your firm imported the payables into CBS Accounts Payable. Unknown Condition Usually indicates that NetFirm CS has encountered an orphan record (one with incomplete information) that may have resulted in an error while uploading open payables. In Use Indicates that the NetClient CS user is working in the Remote Payment Authorization screen.
