If a NetClient CS user sees a message that reads "Your Remote Payment Authorization is in use" in the Remote Payment Authorization screen, you need to unlock Remote Payment Authorization.

Note: Before you unlock Remote Payment Authorization, verify that no NetClient CS users are working in it.

  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Remote Authorization link in the NetClient CS section.

    Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.

  2. In the Remote Authorization screen, enter any part of the client company’s name or ID in the Find field to locate the client company.
  3. Select the client company, and mark the checkbox in the Locked column.
  4. Click Enter.

The NetClient CS user should now be able to access Remote Payment Authorization.
