When using Checkpoint Tools in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment, only your licensed applications are displayed in the Checkpoint Tools application.
Note: This topic is intended for NetStaff CS users who access Checkpoint Tools through Virtual Office CS or SaaS.
You can refresh your list of applications at any time, such as when you purchase applications and want to update your application listing.
To refresh the list of applications, click the Options button in the Home tab and then click the Refresh License File button.
- If you do not see all of your licensed applications in the Checkpoint Tools applications, it is possible that your updated account information is not yet available. It may take up to 24 hours for changes to your Checkpoint account to be reflected in the updated application list.
- To view the applications that are licensed under different Checkpoint accounts, click the Options button in the Home tab and click the Checkpoint Credentials button to change the Checkpoint account information. The updated list displays licensed applications for that account.
