Digita Virtual Office
Digita Virtual Office provides remote access to Digita Professional Suite and Microsoft Office applications for which your firm is licensed. In the Digita Virtual Office environment, the applications behave the same as when they are installed locally. Your Digita NetFirm administrator controls access to the remote applications by setting Digita Virtual Office permissions for individual Digita NetStaff users or for groups of Digita NetStaff users.
Note: To view the steps required to work with Digita Professional Suite and Microsoft Office application data in the Digita Virtual Office environment, see Getting started with Digita Virtual Office.
You can open applications in the Digita Virtual Office environment by clicking the Applications link in the navigation pane and then clicking the application icon. (If you don’t see these items, you don’t have access to applications through Digita Virtual Office.)
You can also access applications through the Digita Virtual Office widget in the Home Dashboard.
Note: If you experience a connection problem because your internet service provider (ISP) uses a firewall or proxy, you can use an alternate port to access Digita Virtual Office applications.
Accessing help for applications that run in the Digita Virtual Office environment
To access help while using applications in the Digita Virtual Office environment, open the application and choose Help.
