You can upload files of up to 400 megabytes (MB) to ClientFlow.

Tip: The duration of a file upload depends on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection. To minimize the duration, upload files early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid high volumes of internet traffic that may affect your internet service provider. Also, if you are using a modem, consider upgrading to a DSL, cable modem, or T1 connection.

  1. Click the ClientFlow link in the navigation pane.

Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to ClientFlow.

  2. Click the Upload icon.
  3. Click the Select Files button.
  4. In the Select file(s) to upload dialog, navigate to the files you wish to upload, select the files, and click Open.

Note: You can upload multiple files at once by clicking a file and then pressing and holding down the CTRL key while clicking additional files. To select multiple files that are listed consecutively, click the first file, press and hold the SHIFT key, and then click the last file.

  5. Click the Upload button.
